For this submission, you will play each string separately. If a string has a false beat, try to remove it with the techniques in the False Beat lesson.
If you tried but could not remove the false beat, you can mute that string for the submission. Be sure to tell us which string(s) you are using.
For the submission, play the following intervals. Note there are no check notes used in this section. They are too fast.
1. Play the left, middle and right string separately.
2. If there are false beats that you could not remove, tell us which string(s) you are using.
4. Play the top note three times loudly.
(The preceding section helps us identify false beats to be removed if any.)
5. Play the following intervals preceded by the bottom note of the interval to be played: PU, P8, P12, P19, P22.
Example: A#6
1. Play A#6 – left string, A#6 – middle string, A#6 – right string,
2. Say which string(s) are used.
3. Mute off the false beat if present.
4. Play A#6
5. Play:
