The certification process involves a series of written tests, video submissions, and in some cases a visit to a local technician who may be enlisted to confirm your skill level.

Notes for video submissions

• You can use single strings for check notes.
• You can use single strings when tuning and submitting notes but pass won’t count towards your certification.
• You can skip the stability test but passing won’t count towards your certification.
• Be sure to comment and tell what you are doing and why at each step.
• No editing of the video is allowed.
• When your video is done, drag it into our Skype chat.
  Instructions for Mac:
  1) Open Skype and Finder. Go to folder where video is.
  2) Make sure neither window is maximized.
  3) Drag and drop video into Skype chat window.
  4) Press send arrow.

Note: Skype will only accept files that are less than 350MB.
The 5 minute videos should be ok but for anything larger, consider using a hosting service like Google Drive or DropBox.
